Drop a pumpkin and the result is: A mess.
All actions come with consequences and there’s a consequence for our sin too.
The Bible says, “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23

They both have a light inside.

“You are the light of the world. A city located on a hill can’t be hidden. Neither do you light a lamp, and put it under a measuring basket, but on a stand; and it shines to all who are in the house. Even so, let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16
People don’t put a light in a Jack O Lantern to hide it. In the same way, the light of Jesus shouldn’t be hidden in the lives of those who follow Him.
Many live in “darkness” and we all need the light of Christ.

God is with His people. The question isn’t “Where is God?” But, “Where am I in my relationship with God?”

A lot people think that everything ends when this life is over but death is just the beginning of eternity.
The question isn’t, “What’s next?” But, “Are you ready?”
Where will you spend forever?
The Bible says, “These things I have written to you who believe in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life, and that you may continue to believe in the name of the Son of God.” 1 John 5:13

Did you know that some people “fight” against God? He created you and has great plans for your life but some people war against Him because they don’t want to follow Jesus.
“I want to do what I want to do.” The sad thing is, they are missing out on the very life they were created to have–the life they’ve always dreamed of. Everything you’ve ever wanted life is only found in Jesus Christ and His plans for you.
The Bible says, “Everyone who call on the name of the Lord will be saved.” Romans 10:13.

Did you know that God doesn’t look at where you grew up, how talented you are, how strong or fast or pretty you are? Man looks at these outward things but God looks at your heart. Is your heart right with Him?
But the Lord said to Samuel, “Don’t look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I don’t see as man sees. For man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.” 1 Samuel 16:7
